La Melea is much more than just a passion project – it is our dream of a place where nature, plant-based cuisine, animal welfare, and sustainable living come together.

The idea for such a place came to us in 2018 – and as life sometimes goes, an unexpected twist led us down this path. The challenges we faced inspired us to bring La Melea to life.

After six years of intensive work, during which we faced quite a few challenges but also many beautiful moments, all of that led us to where we are today – at La Melea in Tuscany
